From Ayr -

Follow the A70 towards Cumnock.  Pass through Coylton and Coalhall.  You will pass the Killoch Coal Plant on you left hand side.  Take the next turning on the right - signposted to Skares.  Follow road for a couple of miles.  You will go through 2 narrow road areas where you have priority over oncoming traffic, after the 2nd one take first turning to the left.  Burnock Mill Farm is the first driveway on the left.

From Kilmarnock - 

Follow the A76 to Mauchline/Cumnock.  Pass through Mauchline and follow road for 2.6 miles and take right turn, signposted for Ochiltree.  At end of road (which is at Auchinleck Estate) take straight/right turn still towards Ochiltree.  Continue into village and at T junction go right heading to Ayr.  Continue along road for 1.2 miles and take left turn signposted to Skares.  Follow road for a couple of miles.  You will go through 2 narrow road areas where you have priority over oncoming traffic, after the 2nd one take first turning to the left.  Burnock Mill Farm is the first driveway on the left
